What Our Students Say
What I love about Foothill is the community that it has provided me with. The second thing that I love about Foothill is the warmth and connection that it provides our small community with. The third thing I love about Foothill is that it spreads out our education so that it is easy to understand and comprehend instead of shoving work in our face and testing us 2 days after. The fourth thing that I love about Foothill is the friends and character of the students here who are kind and loving. The last thing about Foothill is the teachers and the role models they are.

I have been at Foothill for nine years, from kindergarten through eighth grade. I love Foothill because I truly feel included and recognized in this community. Every morning feels like I am stepping into a second family. Because it is a small school, I was able to build strong, meaningful relationships with my incredibly kind and understanding teachers. They teach us about God’s love and continually strengthen our relationship with Jesus. I have made so many great memories here, from playing “movie theaters” to going on overnight field trips with my classmates. Being at Foothill also gave me the opportunity to try new things, from playing flag football, editing videos for Falcon News, to serving as Student Council president. I am deeply grateful to have spent my elementary and middle school years in such a special place. Foothill will always hold a cherished place in my heart, and I will carry these lessons, friendships, and faith with me into high school and beyond.
